Since September 1st 2008, the National Standards were replaced by the Early Years Foundation Scheme (EYFS). EYFS applies to children up to 31st August after their 5th birthday i.e. most four and five year olds on camp. We would like to train 2 staff members per camp to implement EYFS for Barracudas and then be their Group Co-ordinator. This will include a maximum one day training course. Once completed we will give you an extra £25 per week in return.

This position is only suited to applicants:-

• Who have or are working towards an early years childcare qualification
• Who are willing to take full advantage of training opportunities
• WHo are 18 years old and over

PAY LEVEL: Level 1
Requirements: You will need to have or be working towards an early years childcare qualification.
Under 22 years: £200/wk + EYFS £25 = £225/wk
Over 22 years: £240/wk + EYFS £25 = £265/wk

PAY LEVEL: Level 5
Requirements: Qualified primary teacher
£290/wk + EYFS £25 = £315/pw
